Wow, Gatherings starts year No. 9! From time to time, I receive emails asking if Gatherings is still around? Yes, we are around and growing. Our Bowling league, which meets in the deep South Hills, is a great event. If you have a GPS and are off on a Friday afternoon, venture out and join in, you can bowl, 3 games, 2 games, or even 1 game. I read this week that people who bowl live 10 years longer…….

Starting January, 2011, the Gatherings Singles Dances will be run by my long time DJ, Donna and Tony Divecchio. I hope you will still patronize the dances when you are in the mood to DANCE…..

Gatherings Monthly Breakfast club had an all time high of 20 people attend our Dec. event at the Terrace Room at the Westin William Penn, thanks to all. I am planning on adding more cultural events to the breakfast clubs in 2011, so watch the monthly calendar.

Our Monthly Dinner/Movie Night has been a favorite for at least 5 years now. The regulars love it when someone stops by who has not been around for a few years, so plan on stopping by an event this year. We will be so glad to see you.

For a $25.00 yearly membership fee, Gatherings is the best value for Singles between the ages of 40 – 60 in the Pittsburgh area. I guarantee, if you attend at least 3 Gatherings events, your social life will improve dramatically. Join on the website, www.gatheringspgh.com – you will be glad you did!
