Q: What do I wear to the dinners?
A: Dress for Dances and Dinners is “a step above jeans”

Q: Can I attend a dinner with a friend?
A: Yes, you can attend dinner with a friend.

Q: How much will the meals cost?
A: The cost of the dinners will be listed on the Calendar of Events, depending on the restaurant. This will include your meal, non-alcoholic beverage, tip, tax, and fee to Gatherings This does not include alcoholic beverages

Q: How do I pay for dinner?
A: Dinners must be prepaid either via the website with Paypal, or by check to the Gatherings P. O. Box.

Q: What if I meet someone I would like to see again?
A: We encourage all participants to exchange names and phone numbers or E-mail addresses. If there was someone who you would like us to contact for you, we will be glad to call that person. If they agree, we will ask them to contact you.

Q: What happens when I get to the restaurant?  
A: You will arrive at the restaurant at a specified time. You will tell the host/hostess that you are with the Gatherings party. A representative of Gatherings will be in attendance to introduce everyone. There will be name cards on the table, in case you missed or forgot a name.

Q: How much does it cost to join?  
A: The yearly fee to join Gatherings is $25.00.
